Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Most orders will be shipped by FedEx or common carrier within 48 hours. Customer will
be notified of any extended delays by email.

Exchange or credit will be made for defective products only. Product batch number will
be required and glueplace.com will make final determination regarding the integrity
of the product. Returns: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If product
is deemed to be defective the return shipping costs will be credited to the customer and
shipment of replacement product will be free of charge to the customer. Cancellation
of order: Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not
shipped. Email or call

If for any reason, our products do not perform as advertised or are defective, we will take back the unused portion and give you full credit for your purchase.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
